These terms apply to your use of dradora.com, our waitlist, online booking and text messages from Izadora Diehl MD, LLC ("Dr. Izadora Diehl, MD," "we," "us"). By using the site or booking an appointment, you agree to them.

Not medical advice

Information on this website is general and is not medical advice. Treatment is offered only after an in-person consultation with Dr. Diehl, and only when it is clinically appropriate for you. Using this website does not create a physician-patient relationship.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist, book an appointment or receive treatment.

Appointments and deposits

• Booking requires a $100 deposit, applied in full to your treatment.
• To reschedule or cancel, call or text (941) 241-3462. Changes cannot be made online. Reschedules requested at least 48 hours before your appointment are free, and cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are refunded in full.
• Cancellations within 48 hours and missed appointments forfeit the deposit.
• If Dr. Diehl determines at your consultation that treatment is not right for you, your deposit is refunded in full.

Pricing

Prices and estimates on this website are for reference. Your final price depends on the treatment plan agreed at your visit, and charges are set at your visit. Event or introductory rates apply only on the dates and to the services stated.

SMS program terms

• Program: Dr. Izadora Diehl, MD text messages, including appointment confirmations and reminders, pre-visit instructions, post-visit follow-ups, event and availability updates, and replies to your questions.
• Opt-in: you opt in by checking the SMS box on our waitlist or booking form, or by texting START or YES to our number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Help: reply HELP, call (941) 241-3462 or email paul@dradora.com.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
