The treatment
What is full-face balancing?
Most injectable work treats one feature at a time — a lip, a fold, a line. A face isn't read that way. It's read as one structure, all at once.
Full-face balancing assesses the whole face as that structure and builds a plan for it, rather than treating whichever feature you point at. Done well, no one can tell you what changed.
What exactly will be done to my face?
That depends entirely on your face, and it's decided by Dr. Diehl — not in advance, and not by anyone else.
It's why the application starts with photographs. She reviews them personally, and if she thinks you're a candidate she goes through her plan with you on a call before anything is booked. You'll know exactly what she proposes, and why, before you agree to any of it.
How long does it take?
Two visits. Plan on one to three hours for the treatment itself, then a shorter follow-up two to three weeks later for the after photographs.
Expect some swelling and bruising for a few days afterwards. If you have a wedding, a holiday or anything else in the next month, tell us — timing matters.
Who performs the treatment?
Dr. Izadora Diehl, personally. She is a licensed physician. She also reviews every application herself — nobody screens for her.
Applying
What does the application involve?
About ten minutes: a short set of questions about your health and treatment history, and five photographs of your face taken at home. We send instructions for the photos — they're specific, because a normal selfie hides exactly what she needs to see.
How are people selected?
There are only a few places, and Dr. Diehl decides. She's weighing whether full-face balancing is genuinely the right treatment for your face, and whether the two visits fit your situation.
Not being selected isn't a judgement about how you look. It usually means a different treatment would serve you better, and she'd rather say so than treat someone she isn't confident about.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation, and you will never be asked for a card. What's asked in return is your time for both visits, and your agreement to have your before and after photographs published.
What happens to my photographs?
The photographs you send with your application are seen by Dr. Diehl and by Paul, who coordinates. They are not shared with anyone else and they are not published.
Treatment photographs are different, and that is the part to be sure about. If you are selected, your before and after photographs will appear on this website, on social media, and be shown to prospective patients. That agreement is signed in writing before treatment begins — never after. If you're not completely comfortable with it, this particular offer isn't the right one for you, and there's no hard feelings in saying so.
How long until I hear back?
We reply to every application. Once your photographs and answers are in, Dr. Diehl reviews them and we come back to you — yes or no — rather than leaving you wondering.
Practical
Where does this take place?
The first cases are in the Lakewood Ranch / Bradenton area. The exact address is confirmed with you once you've been selected and the appointment is being scheduled.
How far do people travel?
Most applicants are from Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Petersburg and Tampa. Distance isn't a barrier in itself — being able to make both visits is what matters.
Who do I talk to?
Paul coordinates the applications and answers everything practical — scheduling, photographs, where things stand. Anything clinical goes to Dr. Diehl, and she answers it herself.
